8/20/26: 8:00 am: Troy is still working on the water break; it's a difficult repair as it's under the Poestenkill Creek in a difficult location. Please CONSERVE water & we are requesting that you not use sprinkler systems unless you have a well. Conserving water will help with water pressure throughout the town.
8/14/26: 1:00 pm: At this time, the water is safe to drink & there is NOT a boil water in effect for the Town of North Greenbush. If you are hearing rumors, please disregard.
10:00 am: There will be low water pressure for some North Greenbush residents throughout this weekend as Troy will be working on repairing a water break - Troy supplies all the water to North Greenbush.
8:00 am: There's a water break in Troy this morning - it's affecting some North Greenbush residents with having no or low pressure. Crews are working on fixing it now.
